As a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason, except for perishable goods (e.g., fresh produce, dairy, meat, or opened sealed items).

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal include:

• Perishable goods with a short shelf life.
• Sealed items (e.g., beverages, ready meals) unsealed after delivery.
• Customized or made-to-order products.

2. Returns Process

If your item qualifies for return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us at admin@jrmasianstore.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.
3. We will respond with return instructions and, if applicable, a return label.

Return Conditions:

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• Returns must be shipped within 14 days of notifying us.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method unless you request otherwise.

Note:

• Refunds for shipping fees may be partial or excluded unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
• If you return only part of an order, we may not refund the original delivery cost.
