Golden Turtle for Chefs™ rice paper is made from rice grown in the fertile Southern delta-region of Vietnam. Rice paper sheets can be used softened as a fresh summer salad roll, or as a wrap for fried Vietnamese spring rolls. Square rice paper offers extra convenience when rolling.

HS Vietnamese Rice Paper is ideally suited for making wraps, salad rolls without frying or spring rolls and desserts. The wafer-thin sheets, made from rice flour and with a diameter of 28 cm can be used in many different ways and can be filled for example with minced chicken, shrimp or vegetables (vegetarian variety). HS Vietnamese Rice Paper is low in calories and easy to digest. Fine rice sheets of HS are a perfect wrap for delicious ingredients, great as a starter, main course or dessert.
